This page explains the intended V1.3 handling of information submitted through the Swastik Printing quotation-request form.
What the form collects
The request form may collect name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email, city, PIN code, print category, dimensions, quantity, deadline, notes, artwork status, a small uploaded reference file or a shared large-file link.
Why it is collected
The information is used to understand the printing requirement, prepare a quotation and contact the customer about that request.
Files
Customers should upload only artwork or references necessary for the quotation. The site specifically asks users not to submit Aadhaar, PAN, passwords, banking documents, payment-card images or unrelated sensitive documents.
Payments
This MVP does not process online payment. Payment arrangements happen only after Swastik Printing reviews the requirement and communicates a quotation.
Before launch
This is an operational privacy notice for the MVP. The business owner should review the final live wording, retention practices, hosting configuration and any future analytics/payment tools before public launch.
